Emergency and Transitional Shelter

For women and children. Services include:

Case Management

Case Managers work one-on-one with clients to identify their strengths and barriers in order to develop a plan to achieve their goals. Case Managers also teach  classes, help clients learn to budget, write resumes, fix nutritious meals on a budget and be assertive in asking for help.

Financial Empowerment

Classes for adults, teens, and youth, with additional coaching available after the class.

Therapy and Support

Master’s level therapists and interns provide therapy services to adult and child victims of emotional and physical abuse, rape and sexual assault and to survivors with co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental health disorders). Also offers support groups for sexual assault and domestic violence.

Safety Planning Workshops

Clients can complete a personalized safety plan with trained WCA personnel.

Court Advocacy Services

The WCA provides assistance to petitioners seeking protection orders in Ada County. Trained advocates help with filling out petitions, provide an educational orientation, and offer support during the court process. Additional services include court accompaniment to civil or criminal proceedings and legal referrals.

Rape Crisis Advocacy

Advocates are trained to provide support and guidance in regards to:

• Confidential crisis intervention and support for victims of sexual assault
• Information and education in regards to your options for medical care and reporting
• Education and advocacy during the legal process of reporting the crime
• Safety Planning
• Encouragement and support while recovering from sexual assault
• Referrals for counseling, court advocacy and other services
• Information and support for family and friends

Project ROSE is a confidential network offering resources to abused adults and children in crisis situations. Project Rose has been serving the Washington, Payette and Adams Counties since 1988. We strive to help each person begin a safe life for themselves and families. We strive to provide an environment that nurtures empowerment, self-esteem, and self-worth. Project ROSE is committed to providing a multicultural and diverse program responding to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of all abused people in our communities. Rose Advocates provides temporary shelter for victims of domestic and sexual abuse.

Provides information to the community on Domestic Violence.
24 Hour Domestic Violence Hotline. Also provides temporary lodging, local transportation, resources for distance travel to a safe place, clothing, food, court advocates, 24 hour crisis line, and referrals.

Lemhi County Crisis Intervention (LCCI) offers a number of programs to strengthen families. Some of these programs include: **Winning at Life - a personal growth class that is Christian based and open to the public; **Boundaries - to teach women to set healthy boundaries with themselves and the relationships in their lives; and **Strong Girls Club - a group for juvenile girls to learn healthy living skills.

The Advocates’ mission is to teach people of all ages how to build and maintain healthy relationships. We accomplish this through education, shelter and support services.

ASDV offers: crisis phone line - 24 hours / day; emergency shelter arrangements; counseling and support groups; legal advocacy and referrals; community education; community advocate program.
