  • Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1)
  • Williams syndrome
  • Smith-Magenis syndrome (SMS)
  • Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
  • Chromosomal duplications or deletions
  • Marfan syndrome
  • Organic acidemias, such as MMA
  • Phenylketonuria (PKU)
  • MCAD deficiency
  • Mitochondrial disorders
  • Carnitine or biotinidase deficiency
  • Rubenstein Taybi syndrome
