Mission Statement:
The Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs is a non-partisan state agency. Providing services to the Hispanic Community and serving as a liaison between the community and government entities. Working toward economic, educational, and social equality, the Commission identifies and monitors programs and legislation, and researches problems and issues facing Idaho's Hispanic community. The Commission identifies solutions and provides recommendations to the governor, legislature, and other organizations concerning issues facing the State's Hispanic population.

To be seen as a state agency that is a catalyst in providing focus, leadership and advocacy leading to self-reliance for Idaho's Hispanic population.

The Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho exists to improve the quality of life for all people as well as to recognize, celebrate, and preserve Hispanic/Latino arts, heritage, culture and values.

The mission of the Hispanic Cultural Center is ambitious and far-reaching. Education underlies all of the Center's programs and events. It is a place where individuals and families can interact and share positive learning experiences, where community members can meet to plan, discuss, learn and perform.
A strong collaboration between the Idaho Migrant Council, the Nampa Boys & Girls Club and the Hispanic Cultural Center makes it possible to provide a Family Resource Center where families can gather.

The Women of Color Alliance honors cultural diversity through mutual support, leadership development and empowerment. It is our mission to work toward a fair social, political, and economic system to improve the quality of life for all Women of Color.
The vision of the Women of Color Alliance (WOCA) grew out of conversations dating back to 1998 among Latina, Native American, African American, and Asian women. At first, the focus was simply to find ways of supporting each other in a conservative state. Public policy makers in Idaho have a reputation for discounting the importance of people of color, particularly women of color.
Becoming a partner with WOCA means you wish to future the cause for women just like you. You will meet amazing women and men who have already begun and are willing to support those others who look and sound like you.
Anyone is welcome to come to our office to share, be supported, volunteer, or get involved in any other way of your choice to give back to those others who look and sound like you.
