Dr. Todd Woodward, DC (Chiropractic) specializes in the treatment of ADHD and Autism. He has extensive experience treating these conditions, and is currently the only doctor (in his field) in the whole state of Idaho that provides this type of care. His program has 40+ years of research to prove it's efficacy. Dr. Todd has successfully removed harmful medications from kids daily routines, while reducing or eliminating their associated symptoms.
Dr. Todd has a passion for treating ADHD and Autism, which stems from his own struggles with ADHD. He has helped so many children and adults, but he says it's his mission/desire to help at least 250,000 people in his lifetime. A lofty goal!
Dr. Todd graduated from the Western States Chiropractic College and received his Neurological Dysregulation Certification from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. He is also Advanced Certified in QEEG (brain mapping), and a certified Interactive Metronome Trainer.

The Family and Community Services Developmental Disabilities program, plans coordinates ad oversees community services to children with developmental disabilities through regional developmental disabilities programs. For children with developmental disabilities who are Medicaid eligible, the program administers Children's Service Coordination and Intensive Behavioral Intervention. Direct services are delivered by Medicaid funded private agencies. Additionally, the program administers the Developmental Disabilities Family Support program and Court Related Service program for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Crisis Prevention Teams:
Team provides consultation services to adults and children with developmental disabilities who live in community settings (with family or paid providers) to help problem-solve behavioral issues or other problems being experienced that may jeopardize community placements.

Solace House Outpatient Clinic
Solace Outpatient Clinic Services:
- Case Management provides access to needed services and resources in the community through a comprehensive needs assessment, service planning, referrals, and monitoring.
- Counseling within Solace House Outpatient Clinic offers a team of skilled Trauma Therapists that are committed to providing expert case consultation, evaluation, and specialty Counseling.
Some of our specialty services include, but are not limited to:
- Trauma-Specialty Therapy for children, adults, families, and groups
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Therapy using Art/Play
- Alpha-Stimulation
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Harbor House
Emergency and transitional housing for up to 8 women (18+). Women are either at risk of or identified as victims of sex trafficking. Individuals receive immediate services through Solace House Outpatient Clinic and assistance connecting to community resources. Also receives assistance in seeking long term housing with a goal of transitioning out of Harbor House 3-90 days after arrival.
Solace House
Will provide a home for girls 11 to 17 who are victims of sex trafficking.
