Traumatic Brain Injury Continuing Medical Education
Physicians and other clinicians can earn one hour of Continuing Medical Education credit through the Medical Home Portal's
Traumatic Brain Injury diagnosis module and Primary Children's Pediatric Education Services.
To receive credit, read through the TBI module, which consists of four main pages and additional pages with Related Issues
and Frequently Asked Questions (there are also pages that compile the Services & Resources, Helpful Articles, Practice Guidelines,
and a Bibliography for the whole module) and then answer 10 quiz questions and score 80% or better.
Estimated time to complete: approx. 1 hour to review the TBI content plus 5 minutes to complete quiz. Please read all the

Medical Home Portal Frequently Asked Questions Survey
The Medical Home Portal is again working with trainees in the Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and
related Disabilities (URLEND) program. This year’s project will focus on adding Frequently Asked Questions (and answers)
about the diagnoses and conditions on the Portal. We need your help! What questions about specific chronic conditions have
you had or been asked by patients or their families that others are likely to have or be asked? Please tell us by visiting
the Medical Home Portal FAQ Survey. You may provide as few or as many questions as you like. We’ll work with experts in each area to find answers and post
the common questions and answers in the FAQ sections. This survey will be available on an on-going basis; come back anytime.

Operation Healthy Teeth – a program that provides urgent dental treatment for vulnerable children in the Salt Lake area. Working together, dentists and Assistance League help kids, pre-K through high school, that do not have other means to access treatment. Dentists contribute their time and Assistance League contributes to cover expenses such as x-ray, amalgam, composites, and chair-side assistance. As a result, children receive the critical care they need to relieve pain and prevent further disease and infection. Operation Healthy Teeth
University of Utah Autism Clinic - Outpatient services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders across the lifespan, including diagnostic evaluations, social skills groups, psycho-educational assessments, school consultations, medication management, picture exchange communication system (PECS), and speech-language therapy. Call 801-585-1212.
